Our hours are from 8AM til 6PM Monday through Friday and on Saturday’s (like today) we are answer our phone (as in an agent answer the phone(s) not an answering service) from 8AM til Noon, however I will admit that we are here a lot of time a whole lot later during the week meaning we are here in our youtube studio and will answer the phone a lot of time til nine pm.

We are not for everyone, we are an agency that works with the small contractor that will have a gross run of 1.5 million or less. Over half of our contractors that we have are small on two three man companies. Subcontractors, that build things here in Dallas/Fort Worth and North Texas in general. We Want to thank you and your company for dropping by today are grateful and our business model is simple. We always want to help, make a relationship with the person on the other end of the phone. Helping the person on the other end of the phone is not always selling that person anything. Sometimes A man just needs a question answered without a sales pitch and we agree with that. You may just have a question you may just need to know about something in the future one of the coverage’s listed above or maybe something different, regardless we will do all that we can to help. The larger contractors may have some advantages that smaller companies just don’t have. Yes, they total annual premium may be a lot more that the smaller guy yet “Pound for Pound” they may pay per $ 1,000. than the little guy. We can not do a lot about that because we don’t work with the larger companies. We will do all that we can to see how we can help you save and sometimes if we are honest we just can’t do that and get you the protection that you need from your Dallas contractors insurance, Dallas general liability.
There will be a difference
Sometimes, the difference is going to be certificates of insurance and the endorsements needed to be put on the certificate. The “certificate” – talk/scenario is a conversation for a different day. We always want to be of help to you and your company and sometimes our company may not be the right fit yet for the smaller guy we are normally a gloved hand.
