Quote
A Quote: a lot of times people do not understand and can take a longer amount of time if you do some of the more difficult exposure such as roofing are framing. This also is going to cost a whole lot more. As one contractor told me 10 years ago – get a roofing quote from an insured roofer and then get one from a noninsurable roofer and tell me if you can see the difference. No one is arguing that roofing is an expensive adventure. And thinking about it logically; you are taking hundreds of square feet on the outside of the building and making it waterproof, now that is an awesome job. So, in roofing quotes going to go a little bit slower for your Dallas general liability insurance: We know what you want in your Quote

Exposure
Now, I am telling anyone anything but I would like to point something out, people can fall off a roof. Workers compensation is something that a contractor is going to be liable for whether they like it or not. Here is a scenario that does not have to work exactly like this but it is not impossible. Residential home two-story contractor has subcontractor fall off of said building. Now, here is something you may not have thought of. The homeowners liability policy pays $250,000 claim. What do you think the next step for that insurance company will be? Or do you think they just pay the claim and move on? Or do you think they are going to come speak in very plain and loud term about liability to the contractor who is doing the roof.
Now, you know
Now, you know there is no guarantee of exactly how an insurance company is going to react even with history and best case scenario or a scenario altogether it still speculation because remember this is a make-believe situation therefore… We just don’t know. That however is why it is called “insurance” – and you buy it to stop the catastrophic quarter of $1 million claims. Most of us don’t have that lying around to pay for someone to feel better.
