Man it’s Thursday!
Dallas Contractors General Liability Insurance: What is important in our day to day discussion would different contractors throughout our state (Texas) we understand the absolute importance of saving money. And after 12 years of working with contractors and 98% of my work and policies have been contractors in Texas I have learned one thing if nothing else. Contractor – I have yet to see one, even one pull-up in the Volkswagen bug. It just never happens in the landscape of working with laddes, paint, tools, drills, tool belts and helmets and more. The reason being is a good old-fashioned truck is the proper tool, it makes the most sense and try and do a contractors job without the benefit truck is like trying to climb a ladder with one leg. Possible yes – yet inefficient for sure. The right coverage Dallas contractors general liability insurance is important.
We know about the money
We understand about the importance of money, and how budgets get really tight. We do not want you to spend one pay more than what it takes to get you guys out there in the landscape of contracting, yet we don’t want to “sell” – you a bug when you need a truck. Obviously, there will be a problem real soon and it will be a parent who was the catalyst of said inconvenience. Now there are different class codes and different exposures when you compare the different kinds of contractors:
- Electricians
- Janitorial
- Flooring/Tile Contractors
- HVAC *Heat Air Contractors
- Paint Contractors
Yes, we understand the different kinds of risk we also understand there is a thing called “rate” associated with each of these risk. Now, to be fair to “labor force insurance” – we did not choose your field of expertise yet we want to put in place the right coverage for the right price (premium) and we would do this working with you to be sure you understand what you have purchased and its extensions and limitations. Dallas contractors general liability insurance Whoa! Can be Complicated.
There is more
There are standard companies which are called – standard in many companies by the state of Texas and there are nonstandard companies that are not admitted by the state of Texas, yet we have nonstandard companies that are rated a 15 and standard companies that have no rating at all. Yes, that is a conversation to be had in person. I’m of the opinion that a blog roll would just make it more confusing and set of clearing the air at all.
And then there is this
YES, for the quote in the quote portion/part only we can go fast really really fast as in for your standard everyday electrician or HVAC or remodeling contractor (yes we work with the small contractor) we can have these quotes in just a few minutes. Understand now you have a quote this is not been bound in other words it’s not enforce.
