Yea, it is Friday
Dallas contractors insurance, Dallas general liability – 972-217-8907 I am personally glad that you drop by today, welcome to our very small spot on the web hovering right here above Dallas in cyberspace. Everyone here in myself personally looks forward to speaking to you in person and seeing if we can assist you with the type of coverage that you may need or want to acquire about as far as, pricing, limits, how fast and the overall particular needs that are subsequently unique to your company and how that may translate into affordability. Well today let’s talks in generic terms, after all it is Friday. So let’s get started with our blog today concerning Dallas contractors insurance Dallas general.
Well how does this work
We could spend a lot of time when it comes to talking about certificates of insurance, I’m of the opinion that you could write a book on this and still not have a breathing covered. Yet let’s at least go towards the generic are broad strokes, really not going to get into the fine details here yet let’s start with some of the endorsements and how they can affect the pricing, and when I am speaking about pricing I am talking about things that cost more after-the-fact. There are different kinds of endorsements and certainly not going to list them all here, yet you may need….
- Additional Insured
- Waiver of Subrogation
- 30 Day Notice
- Completed Operations
- Per-Project endorsement
the very short list here is obviously not exhaustive do all the different types of endorsements, yet the idea is to point out that someone may ask for something on a certificate that could cost you more money. Now, you may have all these endorsements on a blanket basis there’s just no way for me to know this unless I was reading your policy. Yet, the spirit of this blog is not if you have these blanketed, the idea behind this blog is how much would it cost if you were required by contract to have these endorsements listed above on your certificate? I am not one who is ever going to say that everything is based on money, yet it is important to be profitable in my opinion in your day-to-day operations on your Dallas contractor’s insurance, Dallas general liability
More on endorsements
Your endorsements may, sometimes be more difficult than you might originally believe, because sometimes you may have to produce the signed contract between you and the certificate holder, and other words the person who is asking for your different types of endorsements. We want to be as helpful as possible in say that you may want to show the insurance section/insurance requirements of a contract that you are signing to your current agent to be sure that there aren’t any hidden endorsements you don’t know about beforehand. Now I am not saying there ever would be I’m saying it may be possible.
